Welcome to OurHousing
OurHousing helps social housing landlords and customers have conversations to improve services together.
The idea is simple – customers tell their stories here, we share them with landlords who then reply.
Customers get heard and landlords get feedback they can action.
OurHousing in 4 easy steps
- Customers log in to add stories of their housing experience
- They select their landlord and service, then describe their story and how happy they are about it
- We then moderate the story and publish it so that other customers or the landlord can respond publicly
- A conversation then takes place, where the customer and landlord co-create better services
OurHousing will always be free to use for social housing customers. Landlords can invest in a subscription to provide a comprehensive package of support.
